~ARTUNIS~ Burma spinel x rubies

Absolutely one of a kind pair of studs, holding rare hot red Burmese spinel cabochons, no fillers of any type.
The spinels alone are about 5 carats the pair and about 9.5 x 7.5 mm 
Added to them is a halo of plain heat faceted rubies, 3mm each in size. 
All set in 14k yellow gold, scalloped umbrella back setting, with a total stud face size of 16 x 14 mm (1.6 x 1.4 cm) 
Burmese red spinels are getting exceedingly hard to find in good colour and clarity. There are some very slight surface inclusions and imperfections to the spinels.
As usual I have used my iPhone’s MACRO mode to take extremely close and detailed images so you can see a lot more than you could with the naked eye.
