Vintage baby bracelet

So I picked up this cute baby bracelet at auction, with some research it seems different companies across Australia and England seem to have similar bracelets but I don’t know if it’s a copy of a bigger brand or if it’s just a design that’s been picked up by other small companies. 
Either way, it’s not my design, it’s vintage and stamped all around with ‘twinkle twinkle little star how I wonder what you are’ and is adjustable from about 4 cm up to about 5 cm. 
It’s about 5 mm in width, hallmarked 9k gold, and weighs about a couple of grams. I will be ship it in a black box with black tissue wrapping.
