This is an authentic 18k gold and steel, ROLEX Oyster Perpetual 6719 cal.2030 Automatic Ladies Watch.  26 mm. 
Working perfectly. 
But PLEASE NOTE, Sometimes when mechanical watches transfer through machines during transport, they get magnetised, and will need to be de-magnetised by any local watch repair. 
It’s rare, but it can happen. 
Overseas purchases will be via WISE or EFT only. No box or papers, guaranteed authentic.
