~ ACHILLES ~ vintage ear studs

Very smart pair of silver and 10k gold ear studs. About 13 mm round and post back. The coins are silver and the setting is gold. 
Comfortably heavy at over 5 grams the pair. 
I highly doubt the coins are antique, I don’t think antique coins from hundreds of years ago would look so fresh! So I would take it as a Roman / Grecian inspired design rather than with any antiquity. 
Beautiful and unusual nonetheless. Will come with gold butterfly pushbacks.
