Indigo sea blue Burmese heart spinel, about 1.38 carats in weight and 8 x 7 mm face. Untreated. 
Surrounded with bright and clean untreated earth mined rose cut diamonds, two mm each. 
Making the full heart about 12 x 11 mm 
Each Burma spinel drop is about 5.5 x 4.5 mm
The full face of the ring across is about 23 mm 
My Victorian inspired setting, is in solid 14k yellow gold and a resizable 6.75
